Transaction security: We use SSL secure server technology for all transactions. This technology encrypts your personal data during your first transaction. A random code linked to your card is then used for all subsequent transactions. You can change this information at any time. If you prefer, you can also transmit payment information to us by telephone or fax.

Prices: All prices posted on our site are in Canadian dollars.

Warranty: All products manufactured by Hioptik are covered by a one-year limited warranty. The warranty limits Hioptik's liability to repairing or replacing (at the discretion of the manufacturer) only the product covered by the warranty. The warranty does not cover improper use or acts of God. In the case of products not manufactured by Hioptik, the original manufacturer's warranty takes precedence. Warranties are effective as of the shipping date and will be valid only if the client uses a return number (RMA). Any client wishing to exercise a warranty must use our shipper to benefit from free shipping. The client can obtain an RMA number and shipping instructions by contacting our offices.

Shipping: By default, all shipments to Canada are sent out the next business day and all shipments abroad within two business days. Shipping must be prepaid with the original invoice. Our responsibility ends when the shipping company picks up the merchandise at our warehouse. The recipient is responsible for inspecting any merchandise as soon as it is received and submitting a claim for any damages to the shipping company. In the event of a claim, you can count on our full support.

Errors: The client cannot cancel or defer an order in part or in full. Hioptik reserves the right to change an order upon request by a client under certain circumstances (e.g., if the order is not yet in production).
